Dr. Sam Ellsworth joined the United States Navy in 1992 after graduating from high school. In 1998, while actively serving, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas. He also attended Naval Flight School and served our country in post-9/11 efforts off the coast of New York.
Dr. Ellsworth discovered his passion for dentistry during this time in the Navy and went on to earn his dental degree at Baylor College of Dentistry. After graduation, he began advanced training in periodontics, completing a three-year residency at Baylor and receiving his certification from the American Board of Periodontology.
For more than nine years, Dr. Ellsworth has been involved in mission work through his church, Highland Park United Methodist, as well as dental-specific missions, such as the Texas Mission of Mercy.
Dr. Ellsworth spends as much time as possible with his wife, Virginia, as well as Ryan, Lily, and Grace, his three children. He teaches Sunday School and enjoys camping, hiking, bicycling, canoeing, scuba diving, reading, and traveling.
Dr. Gautreaux has been very active in the community and has participated in the local chamber of commerce, Rotary Club, and PTA and has coached Little League sports. He has also served in Tejas Missions, a Christian organization serving dental and medical needs in Central America. He has served on the board of directors at Texas Health Resources, Presbyterian Hospital of Kaufman from 2008 to 2018.
Dr. Gautreaux enjoys spending time with his wife, Lori, his three grown children, and three grandchildren. He is an avid golfer and also enjoys fishing and traveling.
Dr. Mario Valdes went to dental school in Mexico City. He graduated in 1984 from the University Tecnologica de Mexico. He practiced general dentistry for three years and then started teaching at the dental school. In 1987, Dr. Valdes attended Louisiana State University for his orthodontic training. He graduated from LSU in 1989 and went on to open his own practice in Chihuahua City, Mexico. He is certified by the American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. Valdes has lectured in South America as well as the United States. He belongs to the LSU alumni association, the American Association of Orthodontists, and the College of Diplomats of the American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. Valdes enjoys spending time with his wife, Margo, of almost 30 years, and his two children, who are now in college.
Dr. Frederique Faucheu was born and raised in France and came to the U.S. when she was 18 years old. She attended the University of Dallas where she earned a degree in biology. She then went on to attend Nova Southeastern University where she earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and met her husband Dr. Graves. She is a standing member of the American Dental Association and Texas Dental Association.
Dr Freddie Faucheu shares three children with her husband. She enjoys baking, traveling and adventuring in do-it-yourself projects.
